Ugo Atlas Bariatric Steel Transit Wheelchair

The Atlas bariatric transit wheelchair from Ugo is a strong steel framed heavy duty wheelchair designed for users who weigh up to 28.5 stone or 31.5 stone (26" seat width only). Available in 4 seat widths from 20" - 26" this extra wide wheelchair accommodates larger users with ease.

The solid tyres make this wheelchair robust and practical for everyday use and the side skirts are fitted to keep users clothing away from the wheels. A lap belt is fitted for user security and a calf strap helps to keep the legs comfortable.

A heavy duty extra wide transit wheelchair

When it is time to transfer on or off the Atlas wheelchair the armrests remove with ease, making side transfers simple, and the height adjustable foot rests are quick release. When you want to store the wheelchair it folds easily and reduces down so it is just 12.5" wide making it easy to put in a car boot.

At the back of the chair there are stepper tubes to help elevate the front wheels and there is a pocket for storage of small items on the backrest. With easy to clean vinyl upholstery this heavy duty wheelchair is a very practical great value solution for the larger user.

Elevated leg rests are an optional extra with this wheelchair and can be selected from the drop down menu above. The wheelchair comes with standard foot rests.
