Karma Ergo 125 Transit Wheelchair

Available in a choice of three seat widths, the Karma Ergo 125 transit wheelchair is a very well made crash tested wheelchair. This aluminium folding model has a fold down back rest that reduces the space needed to store or transport the wheelchair.

Made from aircraft grade aluminium tubing the Ergo 125 wheelchair weighs less than 12.9 KG to 13.3 KG fully assembled and has a carry weight of 11KG to 11.4 KG. The seat is covered with Aegis microbe shield fabric to prevent any build-up of bacteria and to allow for easy cleaning. The seat itself has been designed to give maximum support and to prevent slumping.

Features of the Ergo 125 wheelchair include flip up arm rests for easier transfers on and off the chair and extended ergonomic arm pads that provide increased support for the elbows.  To the rear of the wheelchair the attendant brakes can be used to slow and stop the wheelchair and anti tip wheels prevent instability.

The aluminium frame is easy to fold and uses attractive oval tubing to give it added strength. With solid tyres all round there is no chance of getting a puncture. All in all, this wheelchair has been designed to a very high standard to provide maximum support and comfort and represents good value for money.
