Expedition Plus Transit Wheelchair

A feature rich lighweight aluminium wheelchair from Drive Medical. The Expedition Plus transit wheelchair is built for users up to 20 or 23 stone in weight and is available in an 18" or 20" seat width.  This wheelchair has a strong aluminium frame that offers improved maneuverability.

It comes with both parking and attendant brakes, full length arm rests that have been upholstered for increased user comfort and solid 12" rear wheels. The quick release footrests swing away to make standing easier which are also height adjustable.  The arthritic friendly loop type attendant brake handles assist in the slowing and stopping of the wheelchair.
