Travelux Quest Electric Wheelchair

The Travelux Quest powerchair is often described as a transportable electric wheelchair which means that it can be lifted and transported with relative ease. This is achievable as it separates into 4 components each of which can be lifted easily in to the boot of a car.

The Travelux Quest is a very nimble powerchair that is highly manoeuvrable thanks to its compact size and short wheelbase allowing a small turning circle of just 66cm or 26". It is designed for users up to 18 stone in weight and will move along at 3 mph for 9 miles on a single battery charge.

Getting on and off the Travelux Quest is made simple thanks to the swivel seat and the flip-up footplate. The joy stick controller is easy to use and can be mounted on either arm rest.

When it’s time to charge the battery this can be done in situ or removed to bring inside and charge off-board. The Quest has twin motors which deliver more power and prolong their working life by sharing the load.
